Just like your best friend, you will have our personal phone numbers in your contacts.  Feel free to text or call us and we will respond immediately.  In our full-service package, we will hold your hand every step of the way to bring you through the complete maze of wedding planning which includes, but is not limited to the following:

When you are ready, schedule a free consultation. But don’t wait too long.

The full wedding planning package includes everything in “Month Of” plus:

  • Initial consultation
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • At least three wedding planning meetings between couple and wedding planner
  • Budget development
  • Preparation of a wedding schedule/timeline and checklists
  • Assistance with site tours, selection and booking of wedding ceremony and reception venues
  • Wedding design
  • Wedding etiquette advice
  • Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories, we will accompany you to fittings if desired
  • Help with finding, negotiating, and booking suitable vendors. We will schedule appointments and accompany clients to those meetings.
  • Final consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
  • Final meeting covering all details with the bride and groom (month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding).
  • Coordination of vendors to ensure services/products for the wedding are provided in a timely manner
  • Ongoing updates and consultation with the bride and groom about vendors’ services/products
  • Assistance with selection of wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, place cards, programs, etc.
  • Wedding ceremony planning
  • Final walk-through with client at selected sites in the month of the wedding

Month of Package – Starting at $3500

After receiving all the venue/vendor contracts and plans from you, we will review everything you have already completed regarding your wedding day and be sure that everything you have started is executed to the last detail exactly as you have envisioned.

The month of wedding planning package includes:

  • Two meetings to obtain information about the wedding and determine how the couple would like the wedding to flow
  • Recommend vendors
  • Preparation of a rehearsal and a wedding day timeline
  • Prepare and distribute vendor and bridal party schedules
  • Vendor confirmation for the wedding day (4 weeks prior)
  • Vendor contract review
  • Advise vendors that Kelly Lamb Events will be the primary contact for this final month
  • Attendance and direction (coordinated with officiate) of the wedding rehearsal
  • Final collection of wedding items at rehearsal to be set-up on wedding day, such as candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.
  • Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
  • Providing wedding emergency kit (Shout Wipes, hairspray, safety pins, Band-Aids, scissors, deodorant, straws, snacks, Static Guard, sewing kit, etc.)
  • Collecting guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged location
  • Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
  • Making sure wedding ceremony areas are set-up as planned
  • Making sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed
  • Assisting with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
  • Helping wedding party to get in place to walk down the aisle.  Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect, wedding dress trains are straight, etc.
  • Helping photographer get the wedding pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer

We LOVE destination weddings!  Whether you have that desire for sand between your toes or for that gentle snowfall overlooking the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado – we are here for you.  With home bases in San Diego and Denver, we’ve got both extremes covered.  But don’t be limited by those two choices, we’ve worked everywhere from Australia to Mexico and would love to help you find your perfect spot for your destination wedding.  Our destination couples are offered the same great service as our local lovebirds.

We have developed relationships with travel and transportation experts that we can bring to you.  Your destination wedding can be a relaxing vacation for you and your loved ones.  Let us and our partners arrange everything.
